INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service (these 'Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between Skinfi ('we,' 'us,' or 'our') and you, and become effective when you access our website at https://skinfi.xyz/ (the 'Site') or use our Services. These Terms govern your use of the Site and all services offered by Skinfi, including our peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace and lending platform for CS2 skins using cryptocurrency on the Supra blockchain mainnet (collectively, the 'Services').

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SITE OR SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITE OR SERVICES.

1. SERVICES

Skinfi is a P2P platform that enables users to trade and lend CS2 skins using cryptocurrency on the Supra blockchain mainnet. Our Services include:

  • - Facilitating P2P trading of CS2 skins between users
  • - Enabling P2P lending of CS2 skins between users
  • - Processing wallet-to-wallet transactions on the Supra blockchain mainnet
  • - Verifying ownership of digital assets

The Services facilitate direct transactions between sellers ('Sellers'), buyers ('Buyers'), lenders ('Lenders'), and borrowers ('Borrowers') through our online platform. Buyers may purchase digital game items from Sellers, and Borrowers may rent digital game items from Lenders, with all transactions conducted via cryptocurrency on the Supra blockchain.

The platform offers an escrow service, whereby a Buyer's payment is held until we verify that a Seller has successfully delivered the purchased item to the Buyer, at which point the payment is released to the Seller. Similarly, for lending arrangements, the Borrower's payment is held until we verify that a Lender has successfully delivered the loaned item to the Borrower, at which point the payment is released to the Lender. All trade and lending transactions are final and not eligible for refunds or returns once completed.

mportant: All digital items are offered for sale directly by Sellers to Buyers, or for loan directly by Lenders to Borrowers, and the contract is entered into directly between the respective parties. Skinfi is not a party to such direct P2P contracts and does not maintain any inventory of digital items. If there is an issue with any delivered digital item, the Buyer's or Borrower's only recourse is against the Seller or Lender respectively, not Skinfi.

The skin trading marketplace operates with 0% fees (excluding gas fees on the Supra blockchain mainnet). For the skin lending marketplace, we charge a 2.5% fee from the total amount of rent payable to the Lender. All items are priced in cryptocurrency on the Supra blockchain, and payments are settled on the Supra blockchain network.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Skinfi for your own personal purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

2. SKINFI ACCOUNT

You must have a Steam account to create a Skinfi account. You will need to link your Steam account to our website and provide additional information, such as your Supra blockchain wallet address. For the Services to function properly, you must keep your Steam inventory in 'public' mode.

Your Skinfi Account is personal to you, and you may not share your account with any other user or use another user's account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorized access.

If you wish to close your account, you may do so through the 'Settings' page on the Site. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. MODIFICATION OF TERMS, SITE, OR SERVICES

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of the Site or Services at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. WE MAY MODIFY, CHANGE, OR DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OF THE SITE OR SERVICES AT ANY TIME, INCLUDING IMPOSING CHARGES OR CREATING ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS.

4. ELIGIBILITY

he Site and Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Site or Services, you represent that you:

  • - Are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • - Are able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law
  • - Are not barred from using the Services under the laws of the United Kingdom or other applicable jurisdictions

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

5. RULES OF CONDUCT

You agree to:

1. Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

2. Not collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent

3. Not use the Site or Services for any illegal purpose, including trading stolen or scammed items

4. Not encourage or facilitate trades outside the Skinfi platform to avoid fees

5. Not engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other users

6. Not manipulate prices of digital items or attempt to manipulate our verification systems

7. Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our Site or Services

8. Not use bots, automated processes, or excessive requests that may overload our systems

9. Not infringe on others intellectual property rights

10. Not engage in fraudulent activity, including false transactions

11. Not re-sell or provide Skinfi for commercial purposes without our express consent

12. Not create a competing service using information from Skinfi

We reserve the right to deny, cancel, terminate, or suspend access to the Site or Services to any user who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate activity, as determined in our sole discretion.

6. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy, available at https://skinfi.xyz/privacy-policy, is incorporated into these Terms and applies to your use of the Site and Services.

7. USER CONTENT

Some features of the Site or Services may allow you to post or share content, including messages, listings, or reviews ('User Content').

By posting User Content, you represent that you have the rights to distribute such content and grant Skinfi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the Site and Services.

We do not generally pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

8. AVAILABILITY OF SITE/SERVICES

You acknowledge that the Site may occasionally be inaccessible or inoperable for various reasons, including maintenance, equipment malfunctions, or circumstances beyond our control. We assume no liability for the availability of the Site or Services on a continuous or uninterrupted basis.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or operated by Skinfi. We are not responsible for the content of such websites or the privacy practices of third parties operating those websites.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for User Content, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Skinfi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not download, copy, reproduce, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our express written consent.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SKINFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site or Services, or any sites linked to our Site. No information or advice provided by us shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKINFI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED £200.

This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive any termination of these Terms.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skinfi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

1. Your use of the Site or Services

2. Your violation of these Terms

3. Your violation of any third-party rights

This indemnification obligation shall survive any termination of these Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skinfi regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
